Corn Spoon Bread

Shared by Vicki W. (friend of Charlotte H.)  She facilitated a Grandmother Moon Ceremony for us.

1 bag frozen corn (thawed and drained)
1 can cream style corn
1 pkg Jiffy corn bread mix
2 eggs, slightly beatedn
½ c. melted butter
1 c. sour cream

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Mix all ingredients, sour cream last
  • Pour into greased pan, bake one hour
